Meet Jeanette
I have a unique ability to 'make compliance easy'.
Having worked in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years, I am a seasoned professional with multi-faceted expertise. Commencing with hands-on experience working with various product providers, paraplanning and progressing to a successful tenure as a Financial Adviser.
Most recently I spent 10 years as a Regional Business Manager, overseeing and managing self-employed financial advisers and business owners across multiple states and AFSLs. In this position, I also took the lead in many Compliance projects and drove the quality advice improvement regime across my portfolio and beyond.
Having worked for some large organisations such as CBA, AMP FP, ANZ FP and Insignia Financial, I have taken the many years of experience in delivering improved risk and compliance outcomes, as well as practice and project management support to launch my own bespoke business, Kaizen Consulting Group.
Since launching in 2024, Kaizen Consulting Group has worked with partners such as Rhombus Advisory, PlanLogic, Barnes Wealth Management and Coastal Advice Group.
